Returns & Exchanges

At Coffee Beanery, we take pride in our small-batch roasting and want you to be completely satisfied with every brew. If your order doesn't meet our quality standards, we offer returns or replacements within 30 days of purchase for all non-perishable items and unopened coffee bags.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and a brief explanation of why the product didn't meet your expectations.

• 2.
  Receive Authorization

  Once your request is reviewed, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide a prepaid shipping label for damaged or incorrect items.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package the items in their original packaging, include the RMA slip inside the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After we receive and inspect your return at our roasting facility, we will process a refund to your original payment method or ship out a fresh replacement within 5-7 business days.
